With over 15 years of experience in theological education and academic leadership,I have taught courses on biblical studies, theology, ethics, and spiritual formation, and have developed and implemented curriculum and assessment strategies that enhance student learning and engagement. I have also served as the Executive Dean of Academic Affairs at TKU, overseeing the academic operations, faculty development, and accreditation processes of the university. In addition, I have a PhD in Theology from Regent University, a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Baylor's Truett Seminary, and multiple publications and presentations on topics related to theology and spirituality. I have a strong commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and collaboration among students, faculty, and staff, and to equipping the next generation of Christian leaders and scholars.
