In my role as Account Director at gyro I directed the agencies key account Meydan (the Meydan business is a hospitality brand which spans across hotel, fnb, sport and entertainment) Jumeirah and Sirius - Jumeirah loyalty program. My role was to provide strategic direction, spotting opportunities for the development of the account and making sure briefs.

I was promoted to Senior Account Manager after successfully managing some of the agencies key accounts. In my role as SAM at gyro Dubai I continued to be responsible for these accounts and helped to develop the accounts team by passing on learnings and knowledge in order for the agency to continue to grow, with the agency nearly doubling in size in this.
