I come from two immigrant parents who always taught me the value of knowledge, and that hard work will pay off one way or another. Now I want to use that mentality in the pursuit of my career development. With over 2 years of experience in customer service in various industries, I am able to fully utilize it to where I am currently working, and explore other skillsets I can gain.Currently, I am working as an associate for Uniqlo, where I have used my customer service and sales skills that improved and maintained customer survey ratings results on a weekly basis. Additionally, I have analyzed sales and communicated with my management team on sales results each week to gain a deeper understanding on certain trends. I also am able to develop plans on how to improve marketability and sales for different clothing divisions each week.
