For that has cause me brain surgery,facture left arm where my humerus bone was in pieces. My jaw was facture too. I am a trainer who love sports not your bodybuilder kind of trainer but the kind like everyday person who look good in everything I wear. My self-esteem is good.I choose to live my life as simple as it can be. When doctors said you movement is restricted on your left. You can only move your arm about 10% only. As a trainer your world collapse even as sales person you are restricted. I was furious!For a person who can't even lift his left arm due to the accident but I have prove it that nothing can put you down when you know the how and determine to succeed in it,Yes I did it! I can use the left arm like my right arm now.You are brilliant. The one who invented foam roll. My arm is great. I regain back 80% movement and that's wonderful. I sincerely love what I do cause I can help others reaching their fitness goal and the knowledge of Myofascia Release to help me in correcting posture and help relieve those sore muscle for those who need it.
