As President & CEO and Member of the Board of Directors, I am currently leader a new management team within the new global climate and clean energy focused NGO, the International Bank for Nuclear Infrastructure - Implementation Organisation (IBNI-IO). I am working closely with our new Board of Directors in order to rapidly push forward and execute our near term work plan which includes global stakeholder advocacy, coalition-building, research and advisory activities. As our fundraising campaign is showing continual progress, I and the Board will be looking to continually expand our resources, including a broad and diversified, advisory board, executive management team, full and part-time staffing, contractors/consultants, fellows, volunteers and interns. As the founder of the IBNI initiative, I am thrilled with the progress that we've made and all the commitments that our great team has made so far. However, I am even more excited about the prospects for our bright future and near-term launching of the new multilateral bank, IBNI which we see as absolutely critical for the attainment of global policy objectives, including climate, energy security, just energy transition and sustainable decarbonisation.

Mr. Dean founded Dean Capital Strategies in 2015. DCS is a Vienna, Austria based network of independent consultants focused on advising public and private sector clients. DCS provides clients with comprehensive strategic and transactional, capital fundraising, M&A, financial modeling and other related advisory service for Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Industrials, and other related sectors. DCS has a global market focus within each of the covered sectors. Daniel, as the owner and Managing Director of DCS is responsible for all aspects of the firm's activities, including origination, execution, client relationships and management of the firm.

Daniel joined the Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities M&A advisory team of Raiffeisen Investment AG (succeeded by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG) in October 2011. While at Raiffeisen Daniel is primarily focused on the infrastructure and project advisory services in the CEE/CSEE region. In addition to Infrastructure and project advisory he was also focused on oil & gas, power generation, transmission and distribution segments of the CSEE market. While at Raiffeisen he was responsible for the foundation of the Infrastructure and Project Advisory practice, where he was responsible for acquiring a number of high-profile advisory mandates in the motorways, gas distribution, power generation and electric distribution segments.

Through his nearly six-year tenor with Merrill Lynch, Mr. Dean has excelled in the role of lead infrastructure financing specialist within his department. He has served as a lead advisor or banker on numerous high profile infrastructure financing mandates. Mr. Dean's core strengths have centered around all elements of leading a team of professionals toward the successful structuring, negotiation and execution complex project financings, public-private partnerships ("PPP/P3s"), structured financings, tax or revenue secured bonds, TIFIA and Private Activity Bonds (“PABs”) transactions.Mr. Dean has recently had the privilege to work with clients including: Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte S.A., Fluor Corporation, John Laing Infrastructure, Babcock & Brown, Bilfinger Berger Project Investments, Cubic Corporation, Kiewit, Forest City Enterprises, Siemens, Sacyr Vallehermosa, URS Corporation, Parsons Transportation, Veolia, and Bombardier evaluating and structuring PPP/P3 opportunities.
