During my professional career in the construction industry, I have collaborated with and advocated for the interests of:- Developers (as a technical, product, and project manager);- General project contractors (as an architect, designer, chief architect/project engineer);- General construction contractors (construction supervisor, site manager);- Local government (municipal district) (as a chief architect and head of the department for urban development and construction)The knowledge I have acquired has opened up a wide range of activities for me, starting from the inception of the initial idea, product strategy, visual concept, project documentation, cost estimation, business strategy, leasing, marketing, financing, engineering activities, investment preparation, all the way to the actual implementation and subsequent sale (handover).
