Responsible for planning, design, construction, and maintenance of the Village infrastructure. Developed and executed a 14-year, $92M Capital Improvement Program improving the Village's bridges, streets, water distribution, stormwater management, and sanitary infrastructure.

• Managed an interdisciplinary team of 3 - 8 engineers, technicians, surveyors, environmental scientists, and draftsmen specializing in civil, structural, mechanical, hydrological engineering and environmental sciences on commercial, residential, and light industrial site development projects.• Prepared thorough, timely construction plans and specifications that provided cost effective solutions to mass earthwork, stormwater management, utilities, site geometry, and pavement designs.• Provided construction and permitting documentation that meets local, state, and federal regulations regarding water quality, wetland preservation/mitigation, floodplain and floodway, dam safety, archeological and endangered species issues while minimizing costs to the client. • Kabul, Afghanistan. Supervised the reconstruction efforts for 60-km of roads, two bridges, and numerous schools and medical clinics from project identification through to construction observation/quality assurance. • Central America. Provided construction management services to humanitarian assistance operations in Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. Services included developing designs, construction management, and quality control. Construction projects included roads, schools, medical clinics, dikes, and potable water wells.• Camp Doha, Kuwait. Developed plans and cost estimates for facility improvements to support Theater-level logistics operations and reception, staging, onward movement, and integration operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.• Fort Sheridan, Illinois. Supervised the development and execution of simulations training exercises and mobile training team operations supporting Reserve and National Guard units throughout the Midwest.
