• Support active business development evaluations and negotiations led by Global Business Development and the Center for External Innovation
• Build complex and dynamic financial models to value potential deal targets (companies, assets, licenses etc.) up to $5B+ in value
• Research potential deal targets by reviewing public filings (SEC, etc.) or other competitive intelligence sources
• Help deal team understand financial aspects of proposed deal terms and structures (accounting, cash flows, valuation, etc.)
• Update GBD leadership on deal status and support internal reporting; prepare materials to support internal governance submissions that lead to deal approval prior to signing
