Work close with Spine Surgeons to provide conduit for several companies we represent to encourage design improvement of instruments and implants. Work with 2 brand new hospitals in the Princeton Area with affiliations to Jefferson, Philadelphia and Hospital for Special Surgery, NYC. Plus, continue relationship with Spine and Trauma Surgeons in the Southeast region.

Southeastern Region

Recruit new distributors, train sales team and provide in-service training to OR Staff and Surgeon for start-up, Lanx. Managed 10 Distributor Principles and their reps. Work in field/surgery with representatives to present Spine products. Host cadaver Labs with great success. Attend and cover surgical cases with new distributors to make sure a smooth transition using Lanx Spine products. Promoted three Ortho’s/Neuro surgeons for the Lanx, Medical Advisory Board

Dallas, Texas

Transferred to Dallas, TX for start-up Spine Company. Territory included: TX, OK MS, AR, and LA. Duties included promoting new pedicle screw system, cervical spine product and Osteobiologics (osteo-sponge). Recruit Neuro/Ortho Surgeons, new distributors, train distributor sales rep and provide in-service training to OR Staff and Surgeon. Managed 7 Distributor Principles and their reps. Attend and cover surgical cases with new distributors to make sure of a smooth transition using Vertebron Spine products. Started a bio-skills lab at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport.

Great Lakes Region

Recruited based on previous sales success with Johnson & Johnson to manage 53 sales representatives, 5 Distributor Principles and one Osteobiologics Specialist. Developed Business Plan for Region and cultivated relationships with prominent Neuro and Orthopedic Surgeons. Launched new products: Monarch Lumbar and Slim Loc, Cervical and Osteobiologics.

Memphis, Tennessee

Developed Sales Training program and sales promotion to launch new Intra-Medullary Nail, TriGen for Long bone Fracture Management. Coordinated sales activities in the field with 18 regional Managers and 300 sales reps

Denver, Colorado

US Distributor of Swiss based AO/ASIF orthopedic trauma implants devices. Managed 24, trained AO/ASIF Trauma Consultants, 14 states and 986,000 square miles in the Rocky Mountain States. Territory: AZ, NM, UT, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, CO, NE, Eastern Oregon, Elko, Nevada, Western Iowa and El Paso TX. Functions included providing services to all orthopedic surgeons throughout the territory. Organized and managed trauma workshops and provided educational and equipment grant money to assist physicians and operating room personnel.

Jackson, Mississippi

Responsible for managing an assigned territory and selling surgical disposable products direct to hospitals and through authorized surgical supply distributors. Conducted ANA accredited Wound Management and Chronic Wound Care workshop. Provided CEU’s to the participants.
