As a senior advisor and mentor for multiple organizations, enables the preparation, presentation, and projection of ready Orbital Warfare capabilities to achieve United States Space Force, Joint Force Commander, and national leadership priorities.

Led a diverse and high-tempo 85-member headquarters team comprised of active duty, government civilian, and contractor professionals supporting over 11,000 personnel across seven operational training, planning, and readiness functional areas to achieve institutional force generation, presentation, and sustainability. Advised senior executive leaders on personnel status, operational risks, and resource management. As Headquarters Space Operations Command's Functional Manager for Enlisted Space Operations (5S0X1), oversaw a 1,500-position portfolio and connected manpower priorities with current and emergent operational requirements.

Led a refined 57-member organization responsible for Space Electromagnetic Warfare operations training and evaluation, intelligence integration, tactics and exercise development, cyber operations, and security management. Orchestrated large scale organizational realignments, managed the divestment and transition of 95 multi-functional positions, and empowered the activation of four new organizations across two commands. Successfully evolved the United State Space Force's competitive enterprise structure for intelligence, training, and combat operations.

Led a 152-member organization responsible for Space Electromagnetic Warfare operations training and evaluation, intelligence integration, tactics and exercise development, cyber operations, and security management. Principal advisor to the commander for personnel, administrative, and operational matters in support of 350 personnel across five sister organizations supporting global operations. Led team through four change management milestones, devised innovative solutions, and established partnerships that evolved the mission area into a multinational enterprise.

Led a 14-member team responsible for overseeing operational compliance of a $4 billion Space Domain Awareness, Space Electromagnetic Warfare, and Missile Warning enterprise. Guided cross-organizational collaboration with 21 global organizations and 2,117 personnel for 25 Air Force program requirements. Advised executive leaders on operational risks, mission and personnel trends, and best practices to advance operational standards and meet emergent competitive demands.
