• Assisting guests with their reservation requests, ensuring each interaction is personalized.• Provide guidance and information about our hotel, location, and services.• Offering personalized consultations and tailoring the reservation to specific guests needs.• Meeting quality standards checks, ensuring the retaining of five-star service.• Ensure that communication with other departments, Sales, Concierge, Housekeeping, Front Desk is maintained with information which pertains to them.

• Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform, and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control

• Run food from the kitchen to the banquet hall on demand.• Assist with food and table preparation before events begin.• Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling.• Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers, and other needs.• Communicate and coordinate with banquet supervisor as well as other servers and event organizers.• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and take drink orders.• Clean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory and other closeout tasks.

• Display proper, professional phone etiquette and guarantee that all guest details and requests are clearly registered and communicated.• Have excellent understanding of the food and beverage offerings while being able to verbally explain them to guests. This includes wine pairings, ingredients, and promotions.• Maintain a smooth communication with the corresponding kitchen staff for flawless service and customer satisfaction. • Advise guests with approximate time frame for preparation, delivery, and all related policies, as well as meeting any other guest inquiries, including restaurant reservations if required.• Coordinate and assist the In Room Dining Manager on the delivery of all of the VIP amenities and work closely with the Front Office team to ensure that all requirements are delivered as per standards.• Help the In Room Dining Server in coordinating, setting up and clearing In Room Dining tables if required. Support in preparing the daily set up while guaranteeing that all office related stationary is in place and restocked.• Track and follow up on the timely delivery of orders and collection of trolleys with the In Room Dining colleagues to avoid delays.
