Financial Business Partner of the Commercial Vice Presidency. Main activities:- Calculation of variable compensation for B2B and B2C commercial teams based on sales incentives for fertilizers, feed and specialties products;- Cost management of blending units from the B2C business in Brazil and Paraguay;- Support in executive financial reports focused on P&L analysis.

Responsible for executing processes, managing indicators and general support to the team with data that helps decision-making.Main activities:- Risk management and long & short positioning of the B2C segment;- Acting as CPO in the Global Digital Acceleration process (digital reconstruction of the company's systems and processes);- Monitoring and updating KPIs;- Monitoring the purchasing process and shipment of raw materials with suppliers;- Pricing of products in the intercompany B2B segment;- Purchasing of phosphate fertilizers with micronutrients from national suppliers;- Contact with FP&A and Costs teams for inputs related to the company's P&L;- Job rotation in the FP&A team, supporting cost and revenue analyzes linked to the Commercial B2C teams;- Implementation of process improvements;- Development of dashboards in Excel and Power BI for indicators analysis.

Sourcing internship program.Main activities:- Creation of contracts with national suppliers in SAP software;- Control of purchase contracts with third-party suppliers;- Monitoring of quality incidents involving raw materials;- Support with exchange processes with suppliers;- Support with KPIs.
