In addition, student study progress and techniques are reviewed and coaching is provided. Social clubs: A class taught to 12 or more students centered focusing on different language points for different levels. Teachers get to create their own lesson and deliver lessons according to their own style and preferences and design unique, tailored classes suitable to different student group needs.Complementary classes: Classes of up to eight people where students are given the chance to further improve their English. Channel: Online teaching to improve student fluency through conversation and debate. Feedback is given regarding different language points taught in the class.VIP: One on one teaching provided to students tailoring to individual needs ranging from CEOs to University students. Training and development: I have had very positive feedback through observations of my classes from supervisors and managers. I have also actively pursued becoming a better teacher throughout my time at Wall Street. As a senior teacher, I have given guidance and support to new teachers by giving advice about lesson plans, teaching techniques and explaining grammar points.
