Large Secondary School

Leading and managing the day-to-day running of a busy secondary school office. Directly supervising staff, I am responsible for the continuous improvement of processes, IT Systems and staff development.

Assisting with all aspects of running a community leisure facility including: taking books; assisting customers face to face, over the phone, via email and social media platforms. I was responsible for cash reconciliation and the auditing of cash transactions and centrally reporting said transactions. This role was conducted from several Fife Coucnil.

- Overseeing SQA Processes to aid in the the delivery of SQA National Qualifications- Oversee the SEEMiS timetabling for current and next session- Engage with financial aspects of the school fund and assist with financial matters- Working with members of the Senior Leadership Team to analyse a range of data sets to inform decision making- Use of Oracle ERP.

Delivering swimming lessons to a variety of customers aged from 2 to 96. Taking responsibility for large classes and getting all customers to swim confidently following the Scottish Swimming framework.

Working in a busy office environment, taking responsibility for accurately recording daily absences and ensuring the smooth running of the office. SEEMiS: performing custom reports to meet Senior Leadership Team, Guidance Teacher and each departments requirements. Performing data checks, ensuring information is input accurately and timely. Tracking.

Greeting and building positive relationships with customers. Taking bookings over the phone for a variety of activities. General admin tasks and maximising use of Office 365.
