Mechanical and Structural Engineer responsible for the certification of 14CFR/CS 23 and 25 airplanes, as well as validation of foreign certification of several airplanes and rotorcrafts in the fields of loads, aeroelasticity, structural strength, fatigue and damage tolerance, materials and fabrication process, cabin safety, and occupant protection.Provides technical expertise in support of civil aviation rulemaking processes related to airframe and cabin safety.Head of Airframe and Cabin Safety of the Aeronautical Product Certification Engineering Technical Branch in the Department of Airworthiness at ANAC.

During my time at Embraer I contributed to development of several aeronautical aircraft projects, both military, under contract with the FAB, as well as civil certified under transport (Part 25) and commuter (Part 23) categories, completing three airplane certification/approval cycles as the primary responsible for the aeroelastic model, used as basis for the aeroelastic stability and dynamic loads analyses. I also contributed to development of modeling processes, design solutions, methods of analyses, and computational tools.
