Flow Control Tower/Integrated Planning- Lead as product owner and scrum master the construction process and change management to create a integrated planning control tower tool for the whole supply chain at Walmart US. Enabling the business take better operational, tactical and strategical decisions.- During the project I lead teams in US and India to develop the architecture, modelling and visualization required for the control tower.CAM Sustainability- Lead a sustainability project related to power consumption and recycling in stores with potential savings of $3.5 M by year in Walmart Central America.- Developed a model to define a proper consumption target based on the most significant variables, like size, fridge sales, location and form.- Found the consumption outliers and visit it to search worst and best practices.- Defined the saves for all the stores applying the proposed changes.- The same project methodology and tools are being adapted for Walmart US.

This is a consultant project to evaluate the growth strategy that the company should follow. This include a finance, process and systems evaluation of the current status of the company.

- I designed the main memory bank of CHV graphics processor architecture in 14 nm. This was the most complex partition of all the project, and the first time that it was assigned to a Costa Rican engineer.- Acting as a tech leader of the Costa Rican formal verification group for CHV we verified all the fubs before the proposed design schedule and it was the first time a Costa Rican work team had all the responsibility of this stage.- Support hiring department we built a new platform to improve interviewing process in the fields of digital circuits, VLSI, logical and mathematical reasoning. This improved the hiring and interview process, allowing to duplicate the size of the design group in less than a year and was going to be used in other groups and countries in the corporation.- I was the designer and project manager of the reactivation protocol in case of emergency for the design group. During this time none of the project schedule was impacted despite emergencies, like Nicoyas Earthquake.

- I imparted and designed the courses of Digital Circuits I, Advanced Computer Architecture, Digital Circuits Laboratory and Microcontrollers Laboratory. In those courses I started a revision, to update to the current needs of the market.- I worked as a tutor and collaborated in investigations and development projects like “Cache textures for Theia GPU” and “Arbitration in the GPU Theia Bus”.

- Parallel to the University Studies I created a company to sell computers and technical support in TI. I sold hundreds of computers and we got big clients like the University of Costa Rica.- I supported some smalls, and medium companies in maintenance of computers and networks.
