The EU Youth Empowerment Fund is a flagship of the EU's Youth Action Plan. It will provide direct financial support to youth-led initiatives around the world. Global in its reach but focused on local solutions, the EU Youth Empowerment Fund has been co-designed with young people to provide easier, youth-friendly access to finance. It is implemented via the Global Youth Mobilization, a grassroots movement of the Big Six Youth Organizations that invests in and empowers young people to lead solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. The Youth Empowerment Fund will focus on youth-led decision making and solutions related to the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals at a local level, with a particular focus on environment, climate change and gender equality.Role of Youth Panel: - Review Youth-Led Solutions applications ahead of panel meetings against agreed- Discuss, debate, identify and recommend successful applications at Panel meetings with other Youth Panellists.- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Youth-led Solutions funding process, EU Youth Empowerment Fund (YEF) and Global Youth Mobilization (GYM) broader strategy.

- Responsible of the coordination with air transportation companies about local arriving schedules, rescheduled cargo and parcialization of shipments . Notification of cargo status to customers in Perú.- Coordination with top 3 air terminal warehouses (TALMA, SHOHIN, SAASA) about reception and storage of cargos arrived in Perú.- Adjustment in reports generated through and with IATA (International Air Transport Association) every month for export team.- Simultaneously monitoring of the delivery of multiple cargos and communicating shipping details to all concerned parties.- Invoicing to customers and Cencosud Argentina/Perú periodically.- Coordination of road transportation and multimodal operations with origin offices, customs agencies, clients and transportation service agents in air & maritim import operations.- Management of Full-Container Load shipments (sea transportation) from Europe, Asia, America.- Elaboration of pre-claims of damaged air shipments and coordination of procedure directly withairlines.- Coordination of air operations regarding COVID-19 (PPE).- KPI % air cargo per month / KPI % main origins / KPI Weight per client.- Experience in IMO and dangerous cargo (MSDS)Achievements:- "Innovation" Values Award 2019- "Customer Experience Ambassador" Customer Service Recognition 2019
