The Corporate Equity Derivatives Group is responsible for providing clients with integrated solutions to equity risk management. This includes capital retirement through cash and structured repurchases, capital raising through At-The-Market offerings, and stake management through various monetization and hedging alternatives. Responsible for origination including marketing, structuring, pricing and execution; identifying opportunities and developing relationships within designated coverage across corporate clients. Responsible for drafting and coordinating marketing materials, preparing and reviewing indicative derivative pricing, coordinating the execution of live transactions, and providing market based research and analysis. Maintain relationships internally with investment banking coverage, equity capital markets, equity derivatives legal, and externally with corporate clients and sponsors.
