• Oversee all aspects of on-site tournament operation• Manage and instruct a team of judges and staff• Liaising with live stream production to ensure proper time keeping• Be the central point of escalation for any tournament issues• Initial hardware setup and inventory keeping • Realization of player interests to provide an outstanding experience
