My goal is to international career that allows me to continuously learn about how the world around us works, while pushing the boundaries of what humanity is capable of.If I had to choose my Top 5 values, they would be: Life-long learning, Kindness, Humor, Freedom, and Excellence."Where are you from?" - sounds like a straightforward question, but it isn't for me: I was born in Luxembourg to a Chinese mother and German father. I grew up in Switzerland but went to school in the teeny-tiny country of Liechtenstein. In the last 2 years, I have lived in Munich, Shanghai, and Paris for work or study (next up, Seoul). This international background is reflected in my affinity for learning languages and my curiosity in discovering new countries and cultures. I might not be able to call myself a World-Citizen yet, but I am learning to become one.One of the experiences that greatly shaped me to the passionate and responsible young leader I am today has been my 4 years at AIESEC. During this time, I have led 3 teams of 5-8 talented young indiviudals over the course of 3 years. The most formative and challenging of those has been my term as President of AIESEC in Munich, leading the local chapter of 40 active members through the darkest days of the pandemic with my executive board and having to face the biggest financial crisis the organization has seen in its 70 year history. The experience taught me leadership, how to face high pressure, how to deal with failure, and I gained practical experience in team-management, coaching, strategy creation, and communication skills.I dream of a career that not only crosses borders, but overcomes them. My passions can be found in Strategy, Organizational Design and Change-Management, International Relations & Geopolitics, and Technological Transformation & Innovation. Moreover, my goal is to learn more about Finance, either on a macro-level (combined with interests in Economics & Geopolitics), or regarding Start-Ups, i.e. VC or PE.For my practical gap year between Seoul and Berkely (July 2025 - July 2026), I am looking for internships that allow me to discover 1-2 of these areas, gain practical experiences, and support me in my journey of life-long learning.
