Designed and developed the Advanced Connector for Costpoint, middleware between Unison’s CLM and Deltek’s Costpoint, using Talend. Leveraging the Costpoint Integration Console and CLM’s standard web services interface, the Advanced Connector for Costpoint syncs contract information in CLM with project information in Costpoint. Additional interfaces were developed to sync Costpoint customer, customer address, invoice, payment, and revenue data into CLM.

Designed and developed applications to enhance Microsoft Active Directory Rights Management Services. Applications range from server products that manage policies related to Rights Management and automatically protect files to client applications for Windows and iOS.Responsible for the GigaTrust iOS app that creates and displays IRM protected messages and files. The application utilizes the ActiveSync protocol to retrieve and send messages, along with the RMS SDK 4.2 to create and decrypt IRM protected messages and attachments.Designed and developed the Dynamic File Folders application to automatically protect documents that reside on or are uploaded to File Shares. Dynamic File Folders makes use of the FileSystemWatcher class to receive events based on changes to the file system. Integration with Microsoft File Classification Infrastructure allows for automatic protection based on file contents. Responsible for the creation of the Journal Decryption Agent, an Exchange Hub Transport agent developed to decrypt email during Exchange journaling. Managed and participated in the development of the next generation of Enterprise Plus. In addition to managing the provisioning of external users, functionality was expanded to delegate administration, assign policy based on Active Directory group membership, system events and alerts, and a dashboard for displaying system status.

As a senior consultant, provide high-level business consulting and development to help organizations improve process flows and business procedures. Primary responsibility is the engineering of workflow and imaging solutions for ECP clients. Designed, installed and configured OnBase Document Management systems for ECP clients including: Chiquita Brands International, American Council on Education (ACE), National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), and the University of Louisville. Designed and developed the workflow solution for Chiquita’s Accounts Payable division. This solution includes interfacing with Chiquita’s JD Edwards Enterprise ERP application, automatic email notifications, and custom reporting. Designed and developed the workflow solution for NSDAR’s Application verification process. This solution includes interfacing with legacy databases for Ancestors and NSDAR membership, correspondence generation, automatic email notification, and custom reporting. Designed and developed the workflow solution for ACE’s Testing Accommodation Requests. This solution includes an interface to Verify TeleForm, automatic email notifications, request review via the OnBase thin client application, and an interface to ACE’s PeopleSoft ERP solution through a middleware database. All custom reports were created using Crystal Reports.Designed and developed ViewStar Document Management systems for ECP clients including: PNC Bank, Research Triangle Institute (RTI), Publix, and Allegheny Power. Developed an application to automatically import emails from MS Outlook into ViewStar. Developed an interface to Kofax Accent Capture to provide automatic data capture and indexing of documents within the workflow. Developed an interface to RightFax for importing faxed documents into ViewStar. Developed numerous browser-based applications to access and process documents stored in the ViewStar document repository.

Designed and developed applications to compliment TREEV’s COTS product line. Designed a workflow solution to automate the processing of loans for a major bank. The solution includes custom applications for work item creation, data transfer to legacy systems, loan content validation and correspondence generation. Developed a sample workflow solution to be distributed as a sample application with COTS workflow product. The sample contains automatic verification and notification of complete loan package and Active Server Pages for web access to review and acceptance of loan request information. Developed a rules-based routing application along with an auto-viewing application for COTS document management solution. All applications are written in Visual Basic 6.0, using MS SQL Server 7.0 as the database engine.

Designed and developed the Event Monitor Subsystem for Logicon’s EFast Project. The Event Monitor Subsystem was created to record system-wide events and production statistics, alert supervisory personnel of priority events, monitor production levels, monitor unattended processes and start failed processes on secondary workstations. The architecture chosen was a series of standalone executables and an ActiveX DDL written in Visual Basic 6.0. The ActiveX DLL, running on each workstation, utilizes the Winsock Control for communication to a central server application that stores data in a Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 database.

Technical lead for the FITREP/EVAL subsystem on the EMPRS project. FITREP/EVAL, developed for the Navy, is a workflow system responsible for the processing of Fitness Reports and Evaluations for Navy personnel. The subsystem includes scanning, ICR, data validation, examination, quality assurance, reporting and storage of FITREP/EVAL data and images. All front-end applications are developed in Visual Basic 4.0 for Windows 95. Host applications are written in ESQL/C. The host system is a Sun SPARCServer 1000 running SunOS 5.5. Informix Online version 7.21.UD1 is being utilized as the database engine. Job responsibilities include analyzing and adhering to contract requirements, overall system design and implementation, system and user documentation and producing and maintaining development schedule.

Responsible for designing enhancements and for planning, researching, and the implementation of imaging-based records management software and applications. Job responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, developing work plans, and providing customers with application software support. All front-end applications are written in Windows 4GL using Plexus' Application Designer. Host applications are written in ESQL/C. The host system is a Pyramid MIS-12T running DC-OSx.Lead programmer for the FormIT Merge project, an application developed for Teacher Insurance and Annuity Association that allowed account information to be downloaded from a mainframe application and merged with electronic forms through the use of Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE). Responsible for the design of the program, daily tasking of staff programmers and generating management reports. Also developed, designed and created Visual Basic 3.0 applications that automated manual Keyfile procedures for a commercial document management system used by Sprint Cellular. Also developed, designed and created a multi-line facsimile server for the Keyfile imaging system.

Designed, implemented, tested and maintained programs in Fortran related to RAVE, a raster to vector conversion process. Responsible for porting RAVE software to an MVS platform on an IBM 9370, and wrote user and technical documentation for all programs.
