Responsibilities:- Set-up and integrate new payment methods and providers across different cashiers.- Have good overview and take ownership over the cashier experience.- Participate in the configuration and improvement of a KYC software tool.- Minimize issues, conduct follow-up tests and monitoring on cashier set-up.- Participate in process optimization and automation.- Identifying, reporting and resolving payments related technical issues in a timely manner.- Communicate both with internal technical departments and external providers.- Build a deep understanding of different cashier solutions and KYC software and share the acquired knowledge with team members.- Follow-up on ongoing tasks, so that they are completed in a timely manner.

Project (Bank Sector) Engaged in:- Performing due diligence on new national and international clients, requesting and processing KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received data and making an analytical risk assessment for new clients;- Carrying out research activities as part of the statutory KYC monitoring;- Effectuating analysis and assessment for private, corporate and correspondent bank customers;- Maintaining continuous contact with customer in order to keep customer file updated;- Evaluating existing clients according to established policies and procedures;- Reviewing of KYC records as to completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed and that CBC (due diligence) standards are complied with.

Odds monitoring and comparison, offering sporting events to bet on, settling sporting event outcomes, directly communicating with the Support team to help solve customers’ requests (customer is unable to place a bet; rectifying wrongly set market outcome)

Responding to customer chats, calls, and e-mails (KYC, supporting CFD investors unable to access their accounts, assisting their withdrawal requests, giving them account closure instructions)

Writing summaries in English (on average, 30 summaries of between 60 and 220 words per day) of Spanish articles on various topics (for example economics, finance, sports and among others)
