L’Orbe disrupts sensory experiences by bringing complexity to white spirits, blending fresh yet delicate spirits with the rarest of delicacies. We make impossible pairings possible, creating unprecedented infusions, thanks to our patented encapsulation technology.My contribution? Within the group's new business incubator, developing a new venture from scratch to disrupt white spirits and invest the ultra-premium spirits market, contributing to the corporate "premiumization" strategy.What did I do?1/ Concept ideation : brand identity, test & learn several recipes with starred chefs & bartenders 2/ Marketing : brand book, marketing mix and distribution strategy2/ Sales: direct sales in France & UK before hiring & expanding.3/ Supply Chain: create processes; manage supplier relations & negotiate prices, lead operations team, coordinate industrial planning, anticipate scaling investments, selection of a plant to outsource manufacturing; optimize supplier network and costs. 4/ Expansion: initiate, manage and oversee market entries. Includes: market mapping, legal frame, logistic route, optimal pricing, distribution agreements, budget planning, staffing, marketing & PR plan, launch execution.5/ R&D: improve and scale patented technology; coordinate research on new recipes.6/ Finance: business plan, fundraising from executive board, P&L management.7/ HR: manage operations team, freelance sales network, foreign partners.
