General Manager
CurrentAs the General Manager, I was in charge of managing the day to day operations of the business. I was in charge of helping customers with any and all concerns they may have had, I was also in charge of dispatching work to technicians, and make sure shop equipment was updated and in proper working order. I worked hand in hand with vendors to ensure we received the best pricing in order to keep cost low and profits in line. I was responsible for setting up interviews and the hiring of new employees and creating bonus and pay plans. I was also responsible to tracked gross profit and to make changes to ensure the business reached our profit margin goals.
