Mainframe Analyst
Current• Mainframe Batch processes monitoring/operating for EMEA, APAC, NAM, LATAM regions and cooperating with their support teams while problem investigation• Agent-based monitoring of the event logs and system health• JCL analysis with implementation of needful changes for proper job processing• Managing big number of PROD and UAT lpars.• Assessment of the potential risks of problems and their prevention• Prioritizing activities in order to meet SLA• Performing additional tasks in purpose of upgrading the quality of given support• Participating in COB activities• Training and supporting team members• Creating technical and knowledge base documents• Incident managment via ServiceNow platform• Performing some additional workflow coordinator activities
