Throughout my internship with the Cape Catfish, I gained hands-on experience with a summer baseball team in the sports management and communications department. I would do game day operations tasks before the games, which included setting up the park for games, showing fans to their seats, assisting parties at the plaza with where their seats are, as well as what's included. I would also assist in the communications department and help with brand image, public relations, and fan base interaction.
