We achieved the lowest complaint ratio in the company with a 1:22000 by the end of the financial year. We also broke the sites upsell record for a single week. Took a position at the Hollybush which I held for just under 3 years and helped stabilise the business over a difficult period. Helped the British Oak develop a team to be proud and achieve the highest covers total for the region on Xmas day 2022! Helped the park gate grow its KPIs through a challenging time and broke the sites Xmas day covers record and achieved the sites all time high Reputation score.
