First appointment at The Mitre Oak, The drive was on Team structure as I developed 3 Assistant Managers, 1 Area Lead Chef, and 4 Shift Leaders. We achieved the lowest complaint ratio in the company with a 1:22000 by the end of the financial year. We also broke the sites upsell record for a single week. Took a position at the Hollybush which I held for just under 3 years and helped stabilise the business over a difficult period. Helped the British Oak develop a team to be proud and achieve the highest covers total for the region on Xmas day 2022! Helped the park gate grow its KPIs through a challenging time and broke the sites Xmas day covers record and achieved the sites all time high Reputation score. Developed a team to be very proud of and consistently delivers great results.

Graduate of the Deputy Manager Programme.In this time and the final two years as an assistant I completed just over 20 reliefs for various reasons such as GM holidays and GM changes. Very challenging businesses which helped further my own progress. Opened the White Rabbit as part of the programme.

Part of vibrant wet led business.Developed a management style and a passion for developing others. Moved from kitchen team and progressed through to Shift Leader, Supervisor and Assistant Manager.

2nd Chef in a high volume kitchen.Was part of the initial CDP 1 and CDP 2 rollouts.
