"Pioneering"Originally from Seoul, Korea, I came to the States for college. I started out with a business major, however, pushed myself to find a specific niche that I would be useful for the world and enrolled into the Interior Design program. I was motivated to jump into the program and catch up with the same year students who started the program two years ahead. Some may call me a "growth junkie" as I surround myself with books and podcasts about growth materials which led me to wake up early in the morning to start the day with working out and reading before the sun comes up. With an entrepreneur mindset, I dream big and focus on the big picture which leads me to take an efficient step at a time to get the details right."Enthusiastic"I decided to join the Republic of Korea Marine Corps to overcome myself and be ready to take whatever hardships I could be facing in the future. While I was learning CAD and BIM programs in college, I studied more than what the textbooks and teacher taught me, so I can be ahead of the game and educate other students. I'm usually hungry for more when something intrigues me and take another step to contribute my strength to others. I strive to be coachable."Driven"I've had a clear vision of providing water and shelter for those in need. Whatever will get me there with this conviction, I'm excited for the journey whether it leads me to a rut or success. I believe the whole process will lead me to my end goal as good things take time.I have worked at diverse areas as military, restaurant, hotels, a theater stage, painting furniture, factories, accessory stores, custodial, landscaping, etc. I love learning universal things to understand more kinds of people and industries, so I can embrace a broader audience.
