In 1992 I started working for a small service company where we would repair glycol pumps, valves, clean DeHi units, and also consulting on new well hook ups. With this company we also did the well testing and some operations. After 7 years of doing this I moved on to strictly production operations. Starting on land operations. Did this for about 8 months then moved to 7 & 7 working on inland waters. Following a year of doing this I move to the gulf of Mexico. or the next 3 years I worked back and forth between land, inland, and the gulf. Following Hurricane Katrina I made the dedication to stay in the gulf and work my way up. After 3 continuous years I reached the position of lead operator. retained this position until the end of 2012 for multiple companies. At the start of 2013 an opportunity arose for my to train an operator in the Ohio part of the Utica shale. A 6 to 8 week job. Well Long story short, After filling the positions of flow back supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Operator trainer, supervising new pad production installation, and new well turn start ups. I am back in the gulf. After over 20 years in production I still get excited working on new locations and learning new things.
