Senior Performance Manager
CurrentDevelopment of a new performance management department (due to business units)- Responsible for the progression and optimisation of the BU MAC transports (Mineral Oil, Agrar, Chemicals)-Cross departmental data processing for international MAC transports with regards to quality and performance monitoring (Service call-off, contract contents, penalty payments, etc.) Optimisation of traffic handling in the area of RCG freight traffic- Communication with internal and external parties in RCG traffic handling - Quality agreements (delays, deviations, penalty regulations)Key figures (KPIs) / providing a continuous improvement process- initiation of continuous correction and improvement measures- ensuring a continuous information chain in case of deviations- realisation of savings potentials through reduction of unproductivities - developing measures and solutions for performance improvement Research-analysis of the causes,originators of delays and cancellations - weekly/monthly planning/ordering behaviour, quality lists, monitoring - data preparation, targeted reporting and analyses of border delays/transfers/arrival/departure delaysProcessing of BU-spezific requirements monthly/weekly programmes - Commissioning carriers for operational production processing
