Payroll Operations Manager
Lead several payroll teams for clients with 30,000 + employees worldwide as part of a high preforming team ensuring accuracy, client retention and satisfaction. Attends and host client calls virtually and onsite to ensure service deliverables, compliance and collaboration is achieved. Coordinates services across multiple business units to ensure an integrated approach thru a successful transmission of payrolls. Provides coaching mentorship and guides associates thru career growth and development. Responsible for managing expenses and 10 + staff members servicing multiple accounts. Manages client SLA and ensure metrics are updated accurately and timely to reduce fees at risk. Works with client relationship managers closely to ensure strategic alignment and escalations are resolved and addressed timely. Participates in digital transformation initiatives that benefits the team and organizational goals to support continued growth. Identifying and implementing best practices; establishing and reengineering processes. Familiar in several ADP products including but not limited to Pro Business, EV5, Vantage, Report Writer, ADPR, EV6, Workforce Now and many others.
