In present I am working on two new projects: UHPS and AFFP. I have the following roles: PTM (Project Test Manager), SYTM (System Test Manager) and system test engineer;Activities:- Planning and tracking;- Scheduling;- Ensuring test equipments;- Responsible for all testing areas of the project up to Product Validation;- Develop and maintain Master Verification and Validation Plan.- Develop and maintain System Verification and Validation Plan;- Test effort estimation;- Defines the needed resources for the system test;- Track and control the test activities for the system test;- Reporting and following faults through to closure.I have contributed with invention ideas for 5 patents.

- Develop test specifications for functionalities according to given requirements and specifications. Manage, perform tests and develop reports according to the defined test process. Collaborate in development of test strategies.- Develop functionalities for test systems used in manual or automated tests;- Implement new test technologies, contribute to test concepts. Ensure testing equipment availability for project teams- Contribute to planning and effort estimation of tests. Perform test management for medium complexity projects. Mentorship to new team members;- Collaborate with Quality Engineer in verifying and reviewing the test specifications and test reports for his own project. Give feedback and inputs related to the test results to other disciplines.- Communicate with the core project team (PM and discipline PMs) in order to get the needed information or clarify the test specifications;- In present I work in DTCO (digital tachograph) project, developing, performing and managing automated test on diagnosis (CAN and K-Line) package;- I worked also in other 4 projects in tachograph segment at Comercial Vehicles department;- I proposed ideas that have helped directly the projects and have made cost savings; - I was mentor for 3 new colleagues with successfully integration in projects;- I provided internal training support;
