My name is Dan Draheim and I have a bachelors in Logistics Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In my time leading up to where I am today, I have led and been on many teams accomplishing goals and upholding high expectations. Through high school and college I became employed at Chipotle Mexican Grill where I worked under great and not so great management while receiving "Above Expectations" ratings every six months and getting promoted to management. I interned with Neapco as I headed up inventory management for the launch of their new distribution facility in Greer, South Carolina. Through this internship I was in charge of handling inbound and outbound freight and maintaining inventory levels. This led to becoming a full time Logistics Analyst at Neapco where I analyze freight costs and warehouse inventory/processes to maximize efficiencies and lower costs of transportation. Currently, I hold the title of Logistics and Distribution Supervisor where I manage the distribution network as well as receiving across multiple warehouses. I also head up projects to optimize internal operations in these facilities, record and calculate KPI's that help the team accomplish targets, as well as lead and direct my team to take ownership of their role to achieve over arching financial goals.
