In addition to my consulting projects, I also own a successful restaurant in Colorado Springs. I am uniquely well versed in all aspects of the business including Front of the House, Back of the House, and all the behind the scenes endeavors involved in ownership. I have a strong numbers acumen, a knack for system implementation, and throughout my career have run some of the best operational numbers in the industry.
