Program Training And Quality Control Coordinator
CurrentThe Program Training and Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for the assessment, development, delivery, evaluation and continual improvement of program training and quality control activities. The position plays a key role in ensuring that MaineHousing's partners and staff are well served with regard to program training and quality control, and in identifying and optimizing training and quality control pathways that foster excellent partner relations.The position also provides leadership in the design and implementation of all phases of program training. The Coordinator analyzes needs, plans, develops, monitors and adjusts learning program training and quality control activities. The Coordinator also designs and implements programs which will engage learners in a variety of ways over time through formal and informal channels.
