In my current role, the focus on continuous improvement is paramount, as we adapt and refine techniques to enhance efficiency and product standards.Transitioning from an Assembly Technician to Machinist role, I embraced the challenge of setting up and programming traditional and Swiss style lathes, which now form the backbone of our manufacturing capabilities.
