These systems play a crucial role during high-profile US Congressional hearings, where the metrics I help identify are utilized to demonstrate our commitment to data security and trust.Key Accomplishments:• Administered stakeholder interactions to foster a culture of self-reliance and high accountability within the team by scheduling regular updates, interacting with the Program Manager on high-risk projects, and maintaining open lines of communication.• Established a team of 19 credible Quality Analysts at TikTok’s new Center of Excellence to establish afoundation of high-performance standards and operational excellence by assessing candidates, carrying out interviews, supporting training sessions, and executing detailed performance reviews.• Headed a dedicated team of professionals to deliver over 20K quality audits monthly by processing complex appeals and orchestrating three weekly calibration sessions with both internal teams and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Trust and Safety sites.• Formed reporting protocols for quality audits to streamline stakeholder communications, improve decision-making processes, and meet safety metrics in compliance with US legislative bodies by developing and distributing detailed documentation and analyses on a weekly basis.
