Assists the Production and Maintenance departments in ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met. Responsible for maintaining machines within the assigned area up to and including adjusting film, changing Teflon, verifying code dates, set ups, tearing down and changing over machines. insure the machine is running in set point on the set up center line. Responsible for performing these and other functions as directed by the supervisor. Knowledge in Cartoners- picking, gluing, folding, registration, timing, glue systems, change overs, feed and handing system. Knowledge in Filling system- mechanics, pneumatics, electrical assembly, inspections, maintenance and trouble shooting of systems. Sanitizer Duties- Assists the Quality and maintenance departments in ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met. Responsible for multiple machines manufacturing product within specified area. Responsible for adhering to an implementing of Micro daily Management Program. Assists in maintaining all cleaning and sanitation records. Ensures all cleaning and sanitation are performed in compliance with SOP’s. Continual Maintenance of pumps, hoses and tanks. Assists in upkeep of maintenance and cleaning logs. Ensures cleanliness of area, organization and storage of parts, equipment.

Prepare food orders and Stocking inventory.

Perform cash register activity, reconcile nightly cash activity, supervise employees to complete their duties as assigned, responsive to customer complaints and offer problem resolutions, and prepare food orders and Stocked inventory.
