I have been a member of the PDF for 20 years. I joined the army at just 17, with no real life experiences or education. However, during this time the defence forces provided me with a structure that enabled me to thrive. I grow in both confidence and stature, as a young adult and as a future leader within the defence forces and beyond.During my time with the defence forces, i was given the opportunity to do my leaving certificate, getting 7 honours one of which was in economics, which I only started studying in the independently in the April and got an honours in economics in the May of that year. Getting this opportunity, gave me the drive to future my education, getting a degree in economics politics and philosophy with the open university and am currently studying for a level 9 certificate in global capital markets.While in the defence forces, I have served 4 time overseas, traveling to Kosovo, Liberia and Lebanon. While serving with the defence forces, in such a hostile and intense environment, you learn about both you as a person and as a leader. It develops you mentally, it's helps to erode your preconceived cultural norms.inate within the DNA of the defence forces, is a drive for self activation, to go throw the ranks and maximize your protential. To which, the defence forces have provided me with the tools, to become a professional and proficient educator of young adults.

The primary role of a Director of Ansac Credit Union is to ensure the financial viability of the credit union. This includes overseeing and monitoring the organization’s strategic planning, risk management, and financial performance. The Director of Ansac Credit Union must also lead the board of directors in developing and maintaining a vision for the future of the credit union.The Director of Ansac Credit Union is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the credit union. This includes developing policies and procedures, managing personnel, and overseeing the implementation of strategies and initiatives. The Director is also responsible for creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture, fostering strong relationships with members and other stakeholders, and maintaining the financial integrity of the credit union.In order to succeed in this role, the Director of Ansac Credit Union must possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. They must also have a thorough understanding of the banking industry, risk management, and financial markets. They should be able to analyze financial statements and identify potential areas of improvement. Additionally, they should have the ability to develop and implement strategies that will ensure the success of the credit union.
