CurrentEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, company Safety Programs and clients requirements. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor and assess safety compliance. Coach and provide guidance/training to company personnel on Occupational Safety & Health issues. Investigate and review all occupational injuries and incidents/accidents. Prepare for and conduct daily and weekly tailgate safety meeting with all site workers, attend weekly foreman meeting, prepare for and attend weekly QC/Safety meetings with Client. Conduct as needed: New Worker Safety Orientations and Initial inspection on new equipment. Prepare for, lead and attend preparatory meetings, periodically attend subcontractors daily safety management meetings, confirm daily equip check lists being completed, confirm daily safety management meeting signature sheets being completed. Confirm scaffold & confined space inspection check lists are being completed. Work closely with client management and safety supervision to ensure safety fundamentals are being properly followed.
