I worked as a scrum team member, a fullstack .Net developer focused on WPF frontend. I implemented new functionalities of the sports betting trading application. While the most of the my tasks were WPF UI related, some of them included WebAPI orchestration service and data collector service, both connecting to multiple microservices using WebAPI, Kafka and protobuf. The client application implements reactive pub-sub architecture to achieve highly responsive user experience driven by multiple streams of data.

I worked in the international team developing credit trading platform. I worked as frontend developer of bond index option trading tool. I developed a few large features in WPF using MVVM pattern and Infragistics controls. I also developed many small features in the legacy WinForms code frequently refactoring code to more SOLID and unit testable. In the large new features I used WPF, MVVM, Prism and Rx to create SOLID, maintainable, and unit tested code supporting test automation. I took care to create user friendly and responsive UX. I communicated with strats and trade support, based in New York, to gather the specifications and with QA team in India and Canada, helping them understand the new features and implement automated testing. Our team pioneered agile transformation at Morgan Stanley FID department.

I worked in the IT department of the legal guides publishing company. I was responsible for design and implementation of the set of specialised applications replacing monolithic legacy application. I developed a proof of concept application and after its successful deployment, I created a framework of reusable modules and leaded a small team developing applications based on this framework. My responsibilities involved helping BAs to gather specifications from the product owners and convert them into the user stories, design front end and backend architecture and implement it. I also communicated with DBA, book production team leader and web team leader, and mentor junior team members.

As a member of agile .Net team, I developed new and improved existing windows services handling different stages of media clip processing communicating using RabbitMq. I was using Entity Framework to access Oracle DB. Additionally I migrated legacy Silverlight application into the new WPF application.I worked in Scrum with weekly sprints and deliveries developing well unit tested code based on the SOLID principles.

As a member of the Barclays Capital Front End Development Services team I was involved in development of a framework of reusable modules for WPF applications. Later I developed ‘Virtual Grid’ module of the first application based on the framework. A reporting tool for the Risk and Margin department. Virtual Grid was visualizing huge sets of data loaded and cached in a small chunks.

I developed Windows Phone applications designed to promote healthy life style. I also leaded a team of contractors developing the same applications for different mobile platforms.

I developed WPF and Silverlight. I developed core modules and bespoke extensions of the hospital treatment management application using WCF backend and MVVM WPF and Silverlight frontend with Metro Design inspired UX.

I was a member of the team developing greenfield project CRM installed on Windows tablets for sales representatives promoting Unilever products in superstores. I worked on full stack features from SQLite database, through nHibernate and business logic services to MVVM WPF UI optimized for small touchscreen.

Developed bespoke extensions of WMS system for multiple customers using additional backend modules written in C and C++ and XSL transformations.

As a member of a back office team, I developed various features of the BI CPM system used by their consultants to implement reporting system for corporate customers. I worked on WinForms application based on MVP pattern using DevExpress and Xceed controls.
