In addition to overseeing the efficient submission of claims and payments for upwards of 1k retirees who were actively receiving monthly retirement benefits.After learning the business inside and out, I employed my newfound expertise to create a digital reconciliation tool that improved the efficiency of eligibility integration operations. Shortly thereafter, I guided the successful implementation of a new JavaScript, a web-based software solution to track and analyze RMT contributions and employee balances for claims disbursements, and monthly investment allocations.
