Support in the implementation and development of a literacy program within the Montessori framework by coaching teachers in the lesson planning, ensuring the implementation of culturally revelant currriculum, data analysis, implementation of lessons and the evaluation of teaching methodologies. In addition, creating a 3-year Literacy framework and proposal to ensure student literacy attainment and access to an equitable literacy learning experience. Evaluate student performance data using NWEA reports to create individual learning plans to assist teachers with targeting students areas of needs. Provide professional developments in reteaching based on daily data tickets and analyzing pre and post test assessment to gauge student growth and teaching methodology.
