•Answer all customer phone calls and emails regarding parts and service inquiries.•Provide customer with prices and lead times for all orders.•Enter & ship customer PO’s in a timely manner. •Responsible for assisting in the setup and tear down of all sponsorship and promotional sets during all ETSU athletic events.•Assisting in promotions during pre-game, halftime, and post-game representing ETSU corporate sponsorships.•Assisting with controlling pre-game and in-game music and score keeping for baseball.•Working the fan assistance booth, where fans would come if they had any questions regarding the event being hosted.•Researching and collecting data from other universities and ETSU students, to improve athletic event experience.•Designing flyers on Microsoft Publisher to pass out on campus and surrounding business’ to promote upcoming athletic events.•Promoting ETSU at public and private events as “Bucky” the ETSU mascot.
