I am actively involved in several key projects. As a member of the international Client Service Panel, I contribute to our Key Client Programme, focusing on enhancing client relationships and service excellence. In addition, I play a pivotal role in our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, particularly responsible for the 'Environment' aspect in our ESG Steering Committee. Here, I oversee our firm's environmental strategies, aligning with sustainable and responsible business practices.My educational background is extensive and includes a PhD in Marketing from RWTH Aachen University, a period that was rich in research, lecturing, and personal growth. In addition to my doctorate, I hold a university diploma in Marketing, with a focus on quantitative marketing research methods.
