Communication with licensor´s marketing departments, managing online sales campaigns, preparing Sales & Royalty reports by territory, property and product, preparing Sales & Royalty forecasts as required by licensors, tracking licensors bills and payments, filling in merchandising licensor deal proposals, reviewing merchandising licensors agreements, filling out product approval forms, creating and uploading product submissions, images and comments to licensors´ websites for approval, sending out pre-production and production samples to licensors for approval, placing export orders, preparing export proforma invoices and prices lists.

Processing online and telephone orders, promoting new products, providing customer services, assisting customers with payment and order queries, providing stock, delivery and price information. Assisting other departments with translation and marketing activities when necessary.
