Students from economically diverse families in New Rochelle & Mount Vernon(New Rochelle High School, Mt.Vernon High School, Mandela High School)–guide & support youth (with all "at risk factors"-income,1st generational,basic skills deficient,parenting/pregnant teen,undocumented, disabilities,etc.) through HS graduation or obtainment of a HS Equivalency Diploma and on to post-secondary education, employment, vocational/occupation training certification; in turn establish an Academic Career pathways for both In -school youth (9th-12th grades) and Out-of-School youth (Ages 16yrs-24yrs)•Provide supervision, support, and oversight services for TGCW’s Center for College & Careers (CCC) in all districts focusing on achievement of outcomes.•Seek growth and expansion opportunities for CCC in Westchester County so that the program becomes well known and recognized.•Develop, strengthen and maintain positive working relationships between TGCW and community partners. Interface and partner with municipalities, community-based organizations and educational institutions to engage CCC youth in college/career services and positive youth development initiatives.•Attend and participate in all required agency, school and community meetings.•Collect, review, prepare and submit data and program reports in a timely fashion and ensure that all program outcomes are achieved as outlined in each grant.•Monitor achievement of program outcomes for CCC; ensure implementation and use of the data base.•Coordinate with CCC Advisory Board to help engage new members, fundraise, and to speak with and give presentations to students to enhance opportunities for youth in the program.•Coordinate occasions for youth to expand their education and engage in exploration of University/College programs.•Coordinate opportunities for youth to explore employment options, internships, and career paths and to develop soft skills.•Grant writing for program expansion.•Managing all program expenses.
