Collaborated on the build of the Lincare Patient Portal that allows patients the ability to manage their plan of care. This complex project required creativity, strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and much vigilance to address any concerns that could impact the project's timeline. This project is estimated to have enhanced Lincare's market presence by more than 40%.Worked with the Specialized Delivery Teams on their routes to document the procedures for delivery and setup of DME equipment (such as oxygen tanks, ventilators, nebulizers, and sleep apnea masks, tubes, etc.), and the manner in which patients were trained on their proper use. There were network connectivity issues identified that negatively impacted communications between drivers and HQ for order processing, and I was able to suggest improvements that resulted in 28% higher efficiencies in order processing.Served as liaison between internal/external business users and technical software developers to ensure accurate capture of business requirements. This resulted in minimized delays while keeping the projects within 97% of established budget. Complied fully with all government privacy standards and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, PHI, Medicare and Medicaid.
