I currently work full-time as a Sales Representative at Konnect Fastening Systems in Pinkenba, QLD. Providing solutions through supplying fasteners, personal protection equipment and power tooling to my customers in the construction, manufacturing, fabrication and automotive industries. I manage a sales territory spanning from Banyo to Beenleigh. I have attained a quantifiable amount of work experience in retail, sales and warehousing. I am very interested in business operations, sales and personal development. The things I enjoy most about my job is learning about and overcoming the challenging processes that are involved in selling. Starting from lead generation from cold or warm calling to building rapport and trust with a new customer by understanding and identifying the customers needs/pain points. I then follow through by servicing the customer with efficient procurement and prompt delivery through managing logistics and the supply chain effectively. From start to finish, I pride myself in the ability to offer all my customers a hassle and head ache free solution to all their procurement needs.
