Within the company's Digital IT, Daniel is responsible for the areas SAP, PLM, Digital Workplace & Collaboration, Data Governance & Quality, Enterprise Architecture Management & Platforms and Experience Design & Management. By organising events and meetups we are connecting passionate and inspiring people from theBodensee region to exchange and share their knowledge from the design industry. We are based in Friedrichshafen and we are a part of the global IxDA network.

Daniel is the Director for digital design and technology in the Rolls-Royce Power Systems Digital Solutions unit. He is responsible for Design Thinking, Design Doing (aka User Interface, User Experience and Interaction Design), Data Architecture and Engineering, and the Solution Architecture groups. He is passionate about a human centered approach to deliver the best possible user experience by focusing on problem understanding using new methods before approaching the solution. When it comes to technology he is a passionate Techie with a weakness for Kickstarter Projects, because he loves to support people with great ideas bringing them to life.

As Director of IT Solutions Asia and Global IT Support Daniel is globally responsible for an Enterprise Resource Planning solution (SAP) for Rolls Royce Power Systems which is deployed out of Singapore to 19 companies in 3 continents.In addition he is responsible for the IT Infrastructure in the Asian region as well as globally responsible for the IT Support with teams in Asia and the German headquarter. This includes operation of the global data center operated in the headquarter.
